Great concert from true entertainers!
At The Greek, if you are a Wine Lips fan, you would not have been disappointed. The band playing was very unique. The venue is much more personable than where the band has played before, the Hollywood Bowl. What rocks is the band's play and not the venue. Wine Lips on stage is fun because they play a variety of items not found on their CDs. They also bring guest performers, although not everyone may like them for different reasons. However, the fact that the band feels comfortable bringing on performers who might not otherwise appear in such a production speaks volumes about their character, which we admire. The bottom line is that they are entertainers at heart. Even until the last number, it was a fun show when they invited the entire audience to come up on stage.
